Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information Arbaz Rain LLC ("we", "us") collects when you use this website, why we collect it and what choices you have. We keep it short because we collect very little.

Information you give us

• Contact form. Your name, email address, project type and message. We use these only to reply to you and discuss your project. The form is delivered through Formspree, which processes the message on our behalf.
• Booking a call. If you book a meeting, Calendly collects your name, email and any answers you give. See Calendly's privacy notice.
• Email. If you email us directly, the message is forwarded to our inbox by Cloudflare Email Routing, and we keep that correspondence to handle your request.

Tools on this site

• Speed check. The website address you enter is sent to Google PageSpeed Insights to run the test. We don't store it. See Google's privacy policy.
• Cost estimator, project quiz, terminal and chat assistant. These run entirely in your browser. What you select or type is not sent to us or stored, unless you choose to email us the result.

Information collected automatically

• Fonts. Text on this site uses Google Fonts, so your browser contacts Google's servers, which can see your IP address.
• Hosting and security. This site is hosted on Cloudflare, which processes standard request data (such as IP address, browser type and pages visited) to deliver the site, keep it secure and block abuse. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
• Browser storage. We save your light/dark theme choice in your browser's local storage. It never leaves your device.
• Analytics. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are popular. It doesn't use cookies, doesn't track you across other websites and doesn't build a profile of you. It records things like the page visited, the site you came from, your browser and device type, your country and how fast the page loaded. We don't use advertising trackers.

How we use information

Only to respond to enquiries, schedule and hold calls, provide quotes and services, and keep the site secure. We do not sell or rent your personal information, and we don't use it for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and project emails for as long as needed to handle your request and for our business records, typically no longer than 3 years after our last contact, unless the law requires longer.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you. Email [email protected] and we'll respond within 30 days. Depending on where you live (for example the EU, UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law.

Security

We use reputable service providers and reasonable safeguards to protect your information. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, though.

Children

This site is intended for businesses and adults. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
